The service

Axis of Action provides a change readiness assessment for groups of 20 to 50 people. The buyer supplies the people to be invited, chooses the window, and pays NZD 20 per person invited, including GST, once. Axis of Action sends the invitations, collects the responses, reviews the results and releases a report to the buyer within five working days of the survey closing.

Payment

Payment is taken by card before any invitation is sent. The amount is the number of people invited multiplied by the price per person, plus GST where it applies. The amount is shown before payment. Where fewer than eight people respond in total, no report can be produced; Axis of Action refunds the payment in full in that case.

The buyer's organisation's data

Assessment responses, group reporting and the report belong to the buyer's organisation. Responses carry no name, email address or other identifier. Results are reported only as group totals, and only where a group has eight or more responses.

Names and email addresses

Axis of Action uses the names and email addresses supplied to send the invitations, and, where the buyer chooses, one reminder. They are held apart from the responses. Nobody in the buyer's organisation is told who has or has not responded. Axis of Action deletes every name and email address within 21 days of the assessment being closed by its administrator.

Who sees what

The buyer sees response counts by group while the survey is open, and the report when it is released. The buyer does not see the questions, any individual response, any written answer, or any record of who has responded. Axis of Action's administrator sees the responses in order to review them and produce the report.

Individuals' rights

A person who responded may request a copy of their own answers from Axis of Action at info@axisofaction.co.nz. Under the Privacy Act 2020 that request runs directly between the person and Axis of Action.

Retention

Responses and reports are held for seven years from the end of the engagement, then deleted or anonymised.

Disclosure

Axis of Action discloses individual content only where the person consents, where there is a serious risk to someone's health or safety, or where required by law.

Generated analysis

Axis of Action may use a language model to draft the written analysis of results. The model receives the responses and written answers without any name, email address or identifying detail. Every draft is reviewed and edited by Axis of Action before release.
