Discovery · change readiness assessment

Find out how ready your people are for the change

Discovery asks everyone affected by a change twenty short questions. The result is a readiness score, the ten conditions that shape it, the gaps between how leaders and staff see the change, and recommendations on what to do next. Self-service covers 20 to 50 people at NZD 20 per person. If you want to send the assessment to more than 50 people, contact Axis of Action.

What you get

A readiness score and band

One number from 0 to 100, placed in one of four bands: Ready, Conditional, Fragile, Not ready.

The ten conditions behind it

Sponsorship, awareness, desire, capacity, capability, culture and safety, communication, impact, history and fatigue, reinforcement. Each scored and explained in plain language.

Where the levels disagree

The same subjects are asked of leaders and of staff. The report measures the gap rather than guessing at it.

Recommendations with owners

What to do about what the results show, across sponsorship, messaging, process, capacity, capability, governance and support. Reviewed by a person before it reaches you.
